As part of managing the condition and operation of a building, we supervise and monitor the technical condition of the property; we do technical inspections of the building, facilities, equipment, and installations; we develop plans and cost estimates to renovate and modernize buildings; we provide ongoing conservation supervision of the managed facility and of subcontracted service companies; we supervise maintenance of the grounds and green areas.
In today’s world, Nature conservation is the responsibility of every citizen, public administration, organizational unit, and legal and natural entity engaged in activities that affect Nature.
