We are animal lovers, so we just don’t eat them!
Many of us at QUERKO and GREEN QUERKO are animal lovers, so we just don’t eat them. Our Vegan Kitchen project is by no means aimed at inducing or trying to force people to do as we do; the idea is mainly to present to everyone who might be interested the rich variety that this way of eating offers.
Our actions in this direction are an integral part of the goal we are aiming for. Without the help of people, the protection of Nature is not possible. We put our efforts mainly into education, showing alternatives—in other words, spreading awareness.
