Communication: We are very well aware of the importance of communicating enough and honestly. The standard of dialogue with our clients’ tenants, our partners, and all individuals, businesses, and organizations involved can make or break a project. We take care of all the communication with tenants so our principals don’t need to, and we work hard to deliver satisfaction. From the start of planning, throughout the duration of the project, to the completion of the work—even during the warranty period—our clients can leave it us.
It is worth mentioning that apart from the up-to-standard treatment of tenants, we are different because of our GREEN QUERKO foundation. It engages in activities aimed at bringing people closer to Nature. Interested people may, for example, become acquainted with vegan cuisine or take part in our meditation workshops.
Completing a successful project requires many factors to come together. Surely one of the most important is satisfied people, but for us that’s not the end; it’s just the beginning. Satisfied people are one component, but an additional unique opportunity involves Nature. We like to bring people closer to Nature and show them how we see Her.
